Job Type Remote Job Summary As a WatchPAT Turnkey Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination of WatchPAT Turnkey customer and patients' satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include supervising orders, managing fulfillment, and overseeing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional service will be key in ensuring the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Essential Functions + Oversee and supervise HSAT orders in CloudPAT, ensuring accuracy and completion. + Relay order status information to both the field and their accounts. + Manage and maintain spreadsheet data. + Ensure timely communication of insurance denials and incomplete documentation to account. + Oversee the distribution of employee benefits reports. + De-escalate any customer concerns or dissatisfaction. + Act as a liaison between the organization and external physician offices, managing inquiries and responding to requests in a timely, professional, and clear manner. + Investigate and resolve patient record discrepancies, delays, or other challenges related to patient orders. + Collaborate with internal departments to identify and address operational issues impacting SLA and services. + Assign tasks and monitor workflows to ensure uninterrupted operation. + Identify opportunities for workflow improvement to optimize efficiency. Required/Preferred Education and Experience + BS Degree or equivalent experience preferred + (5) years of experience coordinating workload within a team setting + Extensive dental or clinical Sales experience a plus Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Working knowledge and reporting capabilities in Salesforce + Extensive data entry experience required. + Strong customer service skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational skills + Highly organized person with exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure + Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. + Flexible to work late hours at the end of the quarter, and as needed.
