Role description:

Arcadis is currently looking for a Senior Management Consultant to join our growing and dynamic Business Advisory team. 

Within the Fit-for-Future utility, and our Resilience Water BA, people bring a diversity of experiences, ideas, and voices which combine to solve our communities and clients’ challenges and create a more sustainable world. In this role, you will strengthen people’s connections to the Water sector both for our clients as well as within the Water Resilience Practice. You will advise both externally and internally how to recruit talent to the Water sector, enhance people’s work life and ensure their professional growth. 

Role accountabilities:

Strategy development, resource planning and program development/ implementation Stakeholder management, communication, and engagement Client/External Organization relationship building Water Sector career path benefits articulation and growth Delivering an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders focusing on understanding their needs and capabilities, building lasting relationships and providing appropriate guidance to maximize growth and career opportunity Management of workstream resources, supporting people, capability development, and actively contributing to a high performing, inclusive culture.

Required Qualifications:

10 or more years’ consultancy experience including leadership of the development and implementation of business change solutions,  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Business, Management, Science, Data analytics, Quality, Technology, etc.); Master's degree or equivalent preferred,  Demonstrable track record of strategizing, leading and/or implementing projects involving internal and external stakeholders 

Preferred Qualifications:

Broad understanding of the Water Industry Exceptional communication skills with experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent at building both internal and client relationships.

These benefits include medical, dental, and vision, EAP,  401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward & recognition program and optional benefits including wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $94,944 - $161,405. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
