Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Water Balancing Specialist to sit 5 days a week onsite in either Houston, Gainesville, or Midland. This position is a direct hire salaried role. The water balancing specialist will join a growing water treatment and recycling team. This is a very analytical role, utilizing Excel on a daily basis for reporting and valuating. Conduct needs analyses and client value surveys to align the engineering disciplines function with business and project strategy, identifying and addressing any skill gaps or risks within the water treatment & recycling business operations.
