We are looking for Water Designer CAD Intern interested in working on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects including waste water treatment plant design and other water infrastructure related projects. You’ll work with the best Digital Delivery Leads, Professional Engineers and Project Managers in the business. We want you to be empowered to deliver the bold solutions for everyday living. You will be accountable for production and technical quality of challenging CAD design tasks, as you gain familiarity with 2D drafting, 3D modeling and CAD file management. You will have opportunities to learn different disciplines (civil, structural, process mechanical, electrical, ect.) and see how they all come together to create a coordinated drawing package. You will be surrounded by the expert mentorship of Senior CAD Designers and Professional Engineers, with plenty of opportunities to help you thrive in your new career. * In pursuit of an Associate's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a closely related field * Must live within a commutable distance of Redding office Ideally, you’ll also have: * 3.0 GPA * Previous experience in design or CAD-related coursework Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
