As a vital member of the mitigation team, you will work directly alongside our environmental project manager on both residential and commercial job sites. Pay: $18.00-20.00/hr Location: Ramsey, MN Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm or until done Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities include performing demolition and structural cleanup using hand and power tools. Appropriate safety and hazard equipment. You’ll also handle measuring, shaping, and cutting materials. Setting up and monitoring dry-out equipment. Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners throughout the process. A strong focus on quality and attention to detail is essential to ensure top-notch results. Requirements: Must be able to respond quickly to emergency situations. Ability to perform basic carpentry and interior demolition tasks. Availability for occasional overtime, emergency on-call shifts, and holidays (rotating schedule). Able to lift 50 pounds. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when assigned to exterior tasks (e.g., framing, window installation, deck building). Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
