Role description:
Arcadis' El Paso, TX team is growing its team of Water Engineers to advance several public utility design and construction projects. We are looking for dedicated, creative, and energetic candidates interested in tackling challenges and developing sustainable solutions to address water issues such as resilience, quality, reuse, and management. Collaborating with our experienced water professionals, you will support and drive the development of projects, interact and work with clients, and develop your technical capabilities.

Role accountabilities:
As an Entry Level Water Engineer you will work under daily supervision on tasks supporting a handful of projects. We'll expected of you:
Routine and consistent checks with senior engineers, manufacturers, and sales representatives Field activities such as site visits, sampling and monitoring, asset inventory, and technology evaluations. Preparation of briefings, reports, and presentations Participation in client meetings.Project descriptions:
Your projects will be within Arcadis' Resilience business area.
These projects will span all phases of infrastructure capital improvement: study > planning > master planning > design > design services during construction.
These projects will be predominantly for municipal water utility clients' infrastructure: water treatment, wastewater treatment, water distribution, wastewater collections, and stormwater.

BS in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or a closely-related field of study. EIT or demonstrated conversance in engineering concepts, theories, and practices related to water/wastewater/stormwater.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $62,270 - $70,200. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
