Qualifications Effectively addressing maintenance and repair needs on water filtration systems, including replacing valves, fittings, tubing, and filters. Utilizing troubleshooting skills to read and report pressure gauges, flow meters, and detect leaks in water filtration systems. Being available for occasional emergency service calls, which may occur during regular or off-business hours. Demonstrating professionalism with excellent time management skills, working independently and responsibly. Maintaining physical capabilities, including bending, squatting, and, if needed, climbing stairs or ladders as part of the job tasks. Establishing and fostering positive relationships with both customers and store management through effective communication and service delivery. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a satisfying experience for clients.
