**_Water Mitigation Technician - LEAD_** Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Lead Water Mitigation Technicians** for commercial projects in the **Kansas City** area. The pay range is **$25-30** per hour based on experience. All technicians are scheduled for 40+ hours a week. We are looking for experienced leaders to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week-in-the-hole and optional direct deposit. **Ultimate Job Duties** + Lead day-to-day operations on water mitigation and mold remediation projects. + Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures across all job sites. + Oversee a team of technicians and laborers, managing manpower and job progress. + Provide daily updates and communication to the Mitigation Manager regarding job statuses. + Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. + Maintain job logs, including MICA/CAT books, and use **Company Cam** to take daily project photos. + Handle the organization and inventory of equipment in the warehouse. + Ensure all company vehicles are inspected, maintained, and ready for daily operations. + Code payroll app daily to ensure accurate tracking of hours worked. **Ultimate Lead Water Mitigation Technician Requirements** + **2+ years** of experience in water mitigation and mold remediation. + Familiarity with **IICRC S-500** standards for mitigation services. + Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and oversee multiple projects. + Proficiency in daily job documentation and communication tools (MICA, Company Cam). + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots). + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to **50 lbs** without assistance. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Must pass a drug test and background check. **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC** + **Weekly pay** with direct deposit. + **Health, Dental, and Vision** Insurance. + **401k Plan** + **Tool Purchase Program** and PPE reimbursement. + **Paid OSHA training** and long-term work opportunities. + **Referral bonus** program.
