Water Resource Engineer
We are seeking a Water Resource Engineer to join our client’s Vancouver team. The successful candidate will work on mid-sized projects primarily. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong background in water resources engineering, looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000/year

Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with team members to meet project requirements efficiently and on time. Contribute to the planning, design, and management of various water resources projects, including wastewater collection studies, river engineering analyses, urban and rural stormwater management, flood control and irrigation work, and hydraulic structure design. Maintain and manage client relationships, participating in client meetings and site visits as necessary. Prepare and review technical reports, design briefs, drawings, and specifications. Ensure quality and accuracy of designs, reports, and studies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Eligible for registration with APEGA. 5-10 years of experience in water resources engineering. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience with modeling software such as PC SWMM, Mike Urban, and HEC-RAS is an asset. Valid driver’s license.
