In the role of Senior Technical Specialist, we'll count on you to:Engage in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews; includes championing and leading pursuits as well as developing submittalsBe directly involved with private and public clients in marketing, project production and related issuesSee that all work is planned, organized, controlled, and evaluated through proactive project management systemImplement, monitor, and support company policyWork cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production effortsTravel to client meetings, NTX Area offices, and attending conferences is expectedPerform engineering assignments under the direct supervision of a licensed engineerDesign tasks involving judgment in evaluating, selecting and applying engineering techniques and proceduresProduction of design drawings and construction documents through the use of computer aided design and other design softwarePreparation of design and quantity calculationsPreparation of specifications and contract documentsCoordination with other disciplines as necessaryPerform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineeringRequired Qualifications
Associate's degree in engineering or related field of study or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 15 years of engineering experience in the discipline to be supportedAptitude and demonstrated hands-on experience with computer applications specific to the discipline to be supportedExtensive knowledge of industry standards specific to the discipline being supportedProven ability to work in multi-disciplinary environmentsProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
