The Water Solutions Supervisor is responsible for the water treatment system corrective and preventive maintenance on a national level. Lead coordinating person for water treatment-related concerns and issues. Creates and reviews the policies and SOPs for the water treatment system and standards. Project lead for water solutions.

Duties and responsibilities:

Prepares the preventive maintenance targetsPrepares the technical project outlines for the water treatment systemProvide guidance in the corrective and preventive maintenance activities for water treatment systemProject lead person for water productsConducts project site inspection, planning, timeline, and GANNT chartCoordinates with the AP regional Water Solutions team and maintains a project folderProvides material and equipment listConducts project presentationConducts user trainingLeads the product commissioningManages the service provider service contractsSupports marketing and purchasing on the products' evaluationParticipates in the planning, installation, and integration of dialysis equipment and/or water treatment systems.Serves as an effective team member and role model for other team membersCompassionate with the needs of other team members, may perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications:

A graduate of Electronics Engineering degree, or equivalentWith at least 4 years of experience in the fieldAutoCAD or Visio skillsAbility to network with customersThorough understanding of project managementPreferably with fluency in English, verbal and writtenComputer literate with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust have and maintain a valid driver’s licenseAbility to provide an out-of-hours service to hospital, clinic, and/or patientsYou may be required to attend meetings or conferences from time to time which may be inclusive of weekendsExperience in working with water treatment systems is preferred
