RESPONSIBILITIES
Water Treatment
Perform weekly sanitation and as needed CIP of all filtration and water systemsPerform routine water treatment system maintenancePerform routine calibration activities for the water treatment systemMaintain GMP in water treatment areaMaintain cleanliness of processing areasConduct process area water checks in accordance with HACCP system.Maintain trending of key water data and monitor trends for early warning signsAssist in water awareness and water conservation training for all plant personnelBasic data entryParticipate in Plant, Quality System and Laboratory projects on an as-needed basisInitiate and participate on process improvement initiatives throughout plantChemical Management
Maintain chemical inventoryOrder chemicals as neededReceive chemicals and ensure necessary documents are delivered to key stakeholders (MSDS, goods receipt documents, etc)Ensure proper chemical storage techniques are being utilizedMaintain GMP in chemical storage areasMonitor chemical usage trends for early warning signsCRITERIAS OF PERFORMANCE

High school diploma preferredQuality assurance, production and maintenance experience preferred, but not requiredWater Treatment Certification preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComputer experience required (Excel and Word)Skills:
Pay Range:
$80,831 - $109,359Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
