Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Operate water truck to control dust and maintain roadways. + Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the truck. + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. + Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members. + Document water usage and truck activities accurately. **What Are We Looking For** + Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. + Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. + Ability to operate and maintain water truck equipment. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions. **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** + $22.70 per hour. + Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. + Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
