Primary Responsibilities
In the role of a Water/Wastewater Conveyance EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
Create detailed designs of water and wastewater pumping systems, pressurized pipelines and gravity pipelines under instruction from the Project Engineer and Project ManagerPrepare plans for pipelines and pumping stations, write specifications, analysis and study-level reports for water and wastewater distribution and collection systems, determine appropriate design methods, equipment sizing and selection, and work collaboratively with the owner design team membersAssist with Construction Administration including shop drawing reviews and field inspectionsPerform other duties as needed#LI-LA1
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degreeEngineer in Training (EIT) certificateCandidates without their EIT will be placed into a Design Coordinator job code and will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progressionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent fieldInterest or experience designing water/wastewater treatment facilitiesAutoCAD and/or MicroStation experienceMicrosoft Office experienceMust be able to work in a team environmentAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
