A career-minded Water/Wastewater engineer, looking for growth and advancement, is needed to join JMT’s fast growing Water/Wastewater consultant engineering practice. Employee will work with a team of experience project managers and professional engineers working on projects in the water/wastewater field. The selected candidate will become part of an established team of engineers working on exciting sewershed study and rehabilitation, new sewer design, water distribution, water/wastewater treatment, and pump station projects in the Mid-Atlantic. Employee is expected to provide quality engineering evaluation and design services efficiently to support the project team’s objective and provide customer satisfaction on all projects. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Work closely with senior engineers in a multi-disciplinary team to develop construction plans and specifications for various design projects Assist with development of technical evaluation memoranda Prepare engineering cost estimates Prepare design drawings using 3D design tools
