Job Description
Lead teams in delivering water projects, participate in local professional organizations, and prepare and present market-specific papers and presentations. Collaborate with various disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C, structural, and CAD in producing plans and specifications. Assist in marketing business opportunities with key clients and develop responses to RFP/RFQs. Provide marketing support during the procurement and execution of projects. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients while consistently managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. Manage and mentor staff with a strong desire and ability to do so.
