Water/Wastewater Planning Manager

Job Description
An environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities is looking to bring on a Water and Wastewater Planning Manager. This person will be in charge of leading planning, design, and execution of major infrastructure initiatives. This person will spend the majority of their time working on reporting related to project proposals and estimates, along with managing budgets, scheduling, and contract management for specialized projects. This person will spend about 60% of their time in office delegating and developing project strategy, and 40% of their time traveling (locally and to surrounding states) to manage client relationships, and do business development. They will work heavily with Client Services Managers in other regions to help distribute strategy and workload. This role is a full-time, direct hire position, paying between $150,000-$175,000 annually. This person will need to sit at either the Westminster office, or the Littleton office in Colorado for a hybrid schedule.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Environmental background preferred)
10-20 years of experience in Engineering Planning
Professional Engineer license (any state, or ability to get one within 6 months)
Interest in mentorship, leadership, or cross-functional collaboration PMP
Bluebeam
Microsoft Project
Preexisting client relationships in Colorado null
