We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Senior Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals and expand our presence in Frederick, MD with work from home flexibility. The Water & Wastewater Senior Project Manager position represents an opportunity for transition into Maryland market organizational leadership. Standard responsibilities include:
Managing environmental water/wastewater projectsPreparing project designs and reportsPreparing and administering construction contractsManaging financial resources and project profitabilityCompleting project permitting requirementsClient relationship management Business development activities execution of strategic initiativesCommunicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budgetProviding project review, QA/QC and compliance to client specific requirementsAdditional areas of responsibility may include: Assisting with staff training Providing recommendations to supervisor regarding staffing requirements RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasisMaryland P.E. licensure10+ years' project experience involving:Design of water distribution and treatment systemsWastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processesHydraulicsOn lot systemsEnvironmental assessmentsMinimum 5-10 years project management experienceAbility to provide timely project deliverablesDevelop and maintain excellent client satisfactionIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience with:Computer modeling of water systemsHydraulic design softwareMDE regulationsHolds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and other officesHas the legal right to work in the U.S.
