Hourly wages begin at $18 and may increase depending on experience.

 

 

 

 

We are looking for a qualified Waterproofing Technician to apply specialized coatings and materials to protect buildings and structures from water damage. The ideal candidate will have experience in waterproofing applications and a strong understanding of construction and building materials. As a Waterproofing Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of structures and preventing water-related issues.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Apply waterproofing materials to various surfaces, including roofs, basements, and foundations.Inspect and assess structures for potential water damage and areas that require waterproofing.Repair and restore existing waterproofing systems as needed.Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper integration of waterproofing measures during building projects.Utilize specialized tools and equipment to achieve effective waterproofing results.Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques related to waterproofing.

Requirements:

 

Experience as a Waterproofing Technician or similar role.Knowledge of various waterproofing materials, techniques, and applications.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Strong attention to detail and precision in application.Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Valid driver's license.
