Project lead in the end-to-end process of a Business Evolution

Sets expectations at the start and ensures stakeholders have a clear understanding of their roles & responsibilitiesServes as a central point of contact (SPOC) for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the processOversees alignment and progress, ensuring all activities are completed on time and in coordination with one anotherGuides employees in case of business evolutions with people impact

Process implementation

Assumes responsibility for completing essential tasks that support the progression and smooth execution of the processConducts retrospectives to improve experience & efficiency

Organize business alignment and meeting schedules.Contribute to wave scoping with HRBP’s and business leads.Set clear timelines and manage stakeholder commitments.Identify and address wave-related risks.Coordinate and facilitate information sessions for leaders and employees.Oversee data quality checks and reporting.Prepare and lead matching meetings.

Requirements for the Role of Wave Captain:

Demonstrated proficiency in Project and Process Management.Change management expertise.Proficiency in Excel.People management skills aligned with team leadership.Strong command of spoken and written French, Dutch, and English.
