**Job Title: Wave Operator** **Job Description** Seeking a skilled and experienced Wave Solder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating an ERSA Wave Solder Machine and working within the PCB manufacturing industry. This role involves inspecting through-hole components after the wave solder process and operating a wash machine. While training will be provided, prior experience in this field is crucial. **Responsibilities** + Operate the ERSA Wave Solder Machine to solder electronic components onto PCBs. + Inspect through-hole components for quality and compliance after the wave soldering process. + Train on and operate the wash machine. + Understand and follow Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and safety documents. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards. + Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient production processes. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an ERSA Wave Solder Machine. + Knowledge of inspecting through-hole components post-wave solder. + Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. + Ability to understand and follow MPI and safety documents. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Willingness to undergo training for wash machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in SMT inspection. + Knowledge of PCB assembly and box build. **Why Work Here?** We offer long-term employment opportunities within a supportive and collaborative environment.
