With rapid growth across digital and virtual collaboration, we are looking for talents with an eye for delivering quality client service through the design of large-scale facilitated workshops (which we call "experiences"). Your key responsibilities
Manage the planning, organization and execution of Wavespace experiences for EY clients, in close collaboration with account teams and the wavespace team, consisting of designers, facilitators and technologists. Maintain oversight of staffing, application of technology, session design process and creative elements to ensure wavespace sessions meet customer expectations (clients, account teams and other internal EY teams) Ensure consistent wavespace design experience using approved methodologies and best practices Act as main facilitator for EY wavespace experiences, supporting better conversations between clients and EY account teams, global experts and other experience participants Lead workshops with clients to understand needs, articulate vision, and support design strategies and experiences that meet their vision and needs Identify client blind spots to expose broader opportunity areas for innovation Leverage trust and influence to encourage the account team and the client to think bigger Manage session escalations as issues arise, and ensure proper financing expectations with customers (client teams and internal session teams) Manage staffing, final design, and pricing/costs with Experience Leader Support the design process, and lead wavespace sessions in any venue Perform accurate session accounting (costing, reporting, billing, and collections) Deliver client results that lead to influenced sales

To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree with more than 8 years of relevant working experience. Past experience in consulting, CX Practice, or agency in a media management or digital creative experience is an added advantage. Awareness of global, regional and cutting-edge design, innovation, business and technology trends and the willingness to incorporate them in client work and within teams.
Ideally, you will also have
Experience that spans across UX, business, operations, web engineering, and design. Experience with organizing and facilitating workshops with C-level audiences An entrepreneurial spirit who is excited by ambiguity, operates autonomously and is able to make informed decisions on the fly, grounded in a CX point of view.
