Warner Bros. Games Boston is a Warner Bros. Games development studio focused on creating free-to-play games for mobile platforms. The studio is utilizing its extensive expertise in creating persistent online worlds that foster powerful social gaming communities to develop its hit mobile game, Game of Thrones: Conquest.

The Job

These co-ops will be located in the Boston, MA area from June - December 2025. The selected co-ops will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager's in office schedule.

The Daily

Assist in reporting, planning and communication of Product Management plans

Core focus on research, events, or analysis based on skill set and interest

Assist Product Managers and Data Analysts with analysis of key performance indicators and forecasts for future performance

Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests

Contribute to the strategic planning on the live-operations team

Organize player trends and engagement and share insight across the organization

Stay up to date on latest mobile industry trends and top-performing competitive titles

The Essentials

Currently enrolled as a student working towards a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business, or related field (proof of enrollment will be required if selected for an internship).

Students with matching experience or interest in product management will also be considered

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)  

Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)  

Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA) A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended. 

Strong analytical skills and a “mind for numbers”

Strong written and oral communication skills

Collaborative attitude, detail oriented and ability to work well within a complex team structure

Fearless when it comes to learning new ideas and concepts

Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas, is required

Willingness to become an active player of our titles to better understand motivating factors for player engagement and game design

Can easily switch between work and play – we are a game studio, after all!

The Nice To Haves

Prior internship or co-op experience within digital marketing, data analytics and/or product management at a consumer software organization strongly preferred

Experience with SQL or similar scripting languages is a plus

And finally, what to know before applying:

The duration of the Summer 2025 co-op program is 6 months from June to December dependent on the student’s availability based on semester schedule

Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity for the full duration of the program.   

Our internships are paid opportunities. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided. 

We are interviewing through Fall 2024 on a rolling basis.  A Warner Bros. Discovery Intern team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates. 

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles in locations where legally required. Pay Rate: $29 per hour USD for undergrad interns.
