Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter
The newest addition to the division will be Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter (WBSTT), an indoor attraction that will invite visitors to step into the fascinating behind-the-scenes world of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World. The Studio Tour Tokyo will offer special features to enable visitors to deepen their understanding of how the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films were made. With iconic film sets to explore, costumes and props to discover and magical experiences to delight, the indoor attraction will invite visitors to enjoy scenes from the films first-hand and discover how the world's favorite book series was brought to life on screen.
Your New Role...
To assist and support efficient running of the office and day-to-day operational/clerical tasks under Retail Senior Director’s supervision. Work primarily with Retail team and potentially with other teams in Tour as necessary, acting as a coordinator to add value to team performance, and enhance speed and efficiency. Proactively offer suggestions /make improvements that would enable Managers to work efficiently. Support the setup of processes and infrastructure during the pre-open phase of Harajuku (and other stores) and assist in the ongoing Retail operation once established.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Provide support to the Retail Senior Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense report and other processing.Take responsibility for office administration tasks, including but not limited to the following:Ensure office and other supplies are ordered, stocked and ready for use.Ensure meeting rooms are ready for use, handle booking requests when required.Maintain office systems ensuring that they operate correctly (recycling/ photocopiers/ Tour water cooler maintenance/ supply orders etc.)Report items when not working, ensure stock of items where required.Qualifications & Experiences...
Previous experience of working as a coordinator or secretary.IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including developing Powerpoint Presentations, excel/word templates, Outlook, excel spreadsheets (with formulas and formatting), documents.Native or near-native Japanese ability, Business level English reading skills and conversational ability (greater proficiency if possible).Experience working in a multinational company or multicultural workplace is plus.Experience of working within the leisure industry in either an attraction, Food & Beverage, museum or heritage site.EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma; college education desirable.BEHAVIOURS
