Primary Purpose of the Job:
In consultation with Director of Visitor Experience, develop and lead the events with third-party vendors, and support third-party operations such as food & beverage, Broom Experience and Digital Guide at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo (WBSTT) to maximise revenue, convert sales opportunities and position the commercial businesses as market leader in the attractions’ events sector. This position also covers F&B contract management for Harry Potter Shop Harajuku which is opening in summer 2025.
Essential Job Functions:
Day to Day Management
Ensure the agreed scope of service is delivered consistently.Ensure the high standard of hygiene in all areas front and back of house.To maintain good communications and working relationships with third party vendors, customers and all staffTo proactively seek to improve standards wherever possible.Third-Party Vendor Operations
Work in tandem with third party vendors to develop new products and services to meet the needs of our visitors.Discuss to maximise margins through cost management and effective pricing.Administer brand approvals for products and services, including regular discussions with colleagues in the Global Franchise Development team.Ensure all outlets are visually merchandised to the highest standard, and correct signage and POS materials are used throughout.Ensure WBD's equipment is in the best possible condition through third – party vendors and make efficient maintenance and investment decisionsEvents
Motivate and collaborate with third party vendors to exceed clients’ expectations.Create the best-in-class event plans through the market trend and guest needs.Provide the best possible experience for our visitors through proposals, negotiations, and implementations.Maximize profits through competitive prices and cost control.Financial
Support operations to ensure our sales targets are achieved by fully maximising all opportunities.Demonstrate positive solutions and documented action plans to maximise profit.Ensure third party vendors are in accordance with WBD guidelines and to agree standard.Analyse and interpret commercial data and feedback information on performance. Support the development of new income streams, business opportunities and projects connected with events and food & beverage.People
To take responsibility for talent development through one-on-one coaching from line manager.Lead and monitor all HSS policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and visitors.Lead and motivate team members and third-party vendors, to achieve the highest possible levels of service and sales performance.Coordinate trainings for third party to be aligned with WBD guidelines.Administration
Collate information and prepare reports ensuring accuracy.Ensure administrative work is accurate and up to date.Manage and authorise purchase orders in accordance with Warner Bros. policy.Duty Management
Act as Building Controller during event activities, with responsibility for the site, the Health & Safety of the tour and it’s guests, and activities during event operations.Support the team at WBSTT as part of a duty management team (as part of a seven-day week rota including weekends and evenings).Participate in cover of the Studio Tour as necessary including weekend, bank holiday, school holiday and late evening cover in rotation with other team members.Support and deputise for the Executive Director, Commercial.Selection Criteria

Skills Required
