Job Description

We are currently looking for a Scientist to support for large chemometric/spectroscopy projects for our team near Munich. If you are currently looking for a new, exciting challenge with a lot of responsibility and varied tasks within an international team, we would be very pleased to hear from you. The duties of this exciting position will include the following:

Accountable for carrying out chemometric analysesProactive coordination and implementation of chemometric/spectroscopy trainingsHands-on method development, method improvement, and validation, including but not limited to HPLC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, FTIR, NIR and Raman systemsIntegral part of international project teams and supporting with project managementParticipates in the preparation of technical documents, including reports by ensuring full compliance with the GMP standardsSupport in troubleshooting on chemometric/spectroscopic analytical problems

Qualifications

For this exciting challenge we are looking for someone with a science degree in the field of Analytical chemistry, biochemistry or comparable. We are also looking for someone with:

Initial industrial experience and GMP experience are desirableProven working experience with Raman and/or  FTIR, NIRExperienced with writing reports, SOPs, and documents     Hands on experience on project management to work independently and proactivelyIndependent and proactive way of working in combination with very good time management experience and teamwork skillsFluent in German and EnglishHigh level of commitment and enthusiasm
