The duties of this exciting position will include the following: + Accountable for carrying out chemometric analyses + Proactive coordination and implementation of chemometric/spectroscopy trainings + Hands-on method development, method improvement, and validation, including but not limited to HPLC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, FTIR, NIR and Raman systems + Integral part of international project teams and supporting with project management + Participates in the preparation of technical documents, including reports by ensuring full compliance with the GMP standards + Support in troubleshooting on chemometric/spectroscopic analytical problems For this exciting challenge we are looking for someone with a science degree in the field of Analytical chemistry, biochemistry or comparable. We are also looking for someone with: + Initial industrial experience and GMP experience are desirable + Proven working experience with Raman and/or  FTIR, NIR + Experienced with writing reports, SOPs, and documents      + Hands on experience on project management to work independently and proactively + Independent and proactive way of working in combination with very good time management experience and teamwork skills + Fluent in German and English + High level of commitment and enthusiasm The ideal candidate is open minded and interested in a challenging position within the team, Diversity is a key element of our team and a pillar for our success.
