Description of the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional, personalized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes * Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' individual needs * Develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on patient progress * Contribute to the development and implementation of interdisciplinary patient care plans * Collaborate closely with physicians to administer diagnostic and prognostic tests * Utilize a diverse range of physical therapy techniques to alleviate pain and enhance function * Educate and guide patients and their families in the physical therapy program * Coordinate outpatient services for procedures that cannot be administered at home * Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, treatments, and patients' therapy intervention responses * Provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and paraprofessionals Requirements: * Graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association * Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Hawaii * Minimum of one year of institutional/home health experience (preferred) * Complete criminal background check and current CPR certification Benefits: * Competitive compensation ranging from $65 to $70 per hour * Flexible schedule * Opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients * Supportive and collaborative work environment About the Company: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is committed to providing the highest quality care to seniors in the breathtaking location of Honolulu, Hawaii.
