What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join the team in London on a permanent basis. The role will entail completing a range of administration tasks as requested to support the existing Wealth Management team.
What will you do?
Provide a robust administration function to the Wealth Management team in an efficient and timely manner.
Assist in the account opening process, including pre-populating forms.
Submit new business to administration teams and monitoring transfer of assets.
Update True Potential database including fact find input.
Process payments and liaise with operations department.
Request documents and illustrations from providers.
Scanning and sending out documents and correspondence.
Prepare meeting packs and valuations for client appointments and review meetings.
Ensure completed files are compliant.
General ad hoc admin duties and diary management.
Efficient handling of letters, telephone calls and faxes, handling of email traffic and dealing pro-actively with all other items of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Working to deadlines and service level agreements.
Support business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Strong attention to detail.
Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales.
Flexible and reliable team member.
Ability to work on own initiative to achieve required results.
Nice-to-have
Studying towards a relevant Level 3 qualification.
Developing knowledge of Wealth Management and the Financial Services sector.
