Wealth Graduate Trainee

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Consulting team at Mercer. This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

As an Wealth Graduate Trainee ( 8 months fixed term contract), you will gain exposure to various asset classes and understand how they fit into clients' portfolios while supporting the team in all aspects of Mercer Investments’ work.

We will count on you to:

Perform core pension valuation works (IAS19 / US GAAP), including data collection, review, and reconciliation of previous valuations, and prepare summaries of data, assets, and benefits as defined in the plan document.

Prepare and review detailed analysis of pension valuation reports and accounting results for review by a Signing Actuary and Retirement Consultant.

Conduct general actuarial modeling, spreadsheet modeling, and valuation calculations..

Engage in pension defined benefit and defined contribution projects, including plan design and investment performance benchmarking/monitoring

Assist in the preparation of proposals and other projects as assigned

What you need to have:

Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Able to commit at least 8 months on a full-time basis starts from 16th June 2025.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong numerical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to work through tasks logically.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.

High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Good English skill in writing, reading and speaking
