As a Vice President Client Service Manager in the Client Service Team, you will oversee a team of professionals dedicated to client account management. You'll also take personal responsibility for a select group of clients, offering them tailored attention and solutions. By embracing both a coach and player role, you'll effectively mentor your team on critical priorities and provide strategic advice to Bankers and Investors regarding client servicing.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team responsible for daily account management and client service. Deliver proactive, personalized client service, including handling transactions (such as FX and Corporate Actions), processing payments and asset transfers, and managing cash flow (loans and deposits). Support Bankers with credit related documentation and fiduciary structure services. Advocate for digital initiatives. Provide troubleshooting support and serve as the team's backup when needed. Participate in project activities and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency. Conduct performance reviews, ensure team success, and cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth and development.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Tertiary education holder or above. Over 10 years of experience in client services, relationship management, Business Management or Private Banking support roles. Knowledge of private banking investment products and operational aspects. Solid understanding of control standards related to money transfers and securities settlement. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with knowledge of both simplified and traditional Chinese characters. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain client and banker relationships. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-focused. Leadership experience in team management or aspiring to be a people manager.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
