Join our Quality Control team and contribute significantly to the smooth operations of our International Private Banking and Private Banking America.
As a Quality Associate in the Wealth Management Credit Operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing the quality of specialists' work for compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements and standards. You will clearly communicate any issues or discrepancies found during the quality review for correction; identify patterns and/or trends in results in order to address root cause. You are expected to follow-up and ensure corrections are made in system or escalate as necessary for resolution. You will contribute to the continuous improvement agenda by suggesting process and procedure improvement ideas as well as training and communication opportunities discovered from the quality review process. You will also participate in projects related to quality improvement and take ownership of internal communication and status updates to all involved parties.
Job responsibilities:
Manage and deliver programs and/or projects with moderate complexity relating to Quality Control. Include overall client experience, transformation initiatives, and operational improvements in managing and delivering programs/projects. Ensure key control tasks are performed and execute on business initiatives as directed. Drive process improvement and act as subject matter expert on key initiatives, including engagement and reviews associated with smart automation and process re-engineering. Serve as subject matter experts for a function and determine requirements and specifications for new system developments, offerings, or builds. Lead a team of individual contributors to execute one or more operational processes within Quality Control by setting short-term priorities, directing workflows, and monitoring daily performance against established metrics. Propose process improvement or provide subject matter expertise based on an in-depth understanding of methods, systems, and procedures on cross-functional projects or initiatives.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Accountancy, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation skills and result-oriented mindset. Ability to accept responsibilities and challenges outside the comfort zone. Experience in managing and delivering programs/projects related to Quality Control. Excellent communication skills for clear issue resolution and escalation.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
