Wealth Management - Credit Quality Control Manager II

Join our Quality Control team and play a pivotal role in driving excellence and innovation in our wealth management space.

As a Quality Control Senior Associate in the Wealth Management line of business, you will be responsible for managing a group of quality professionals, setting workflow priorities, and tracking performance to uphold our quality standards. You will review work for compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements, clearly communicate any discrepancies, and identify patterns for root cause analysis. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process and procedure improvements and participating in quality improvement projects. You will also manage internal communication and provide status updates to all involved parties. Your role will involve ensuring corrections are made in the system or escalating issues as necessary for resolution.

Job responsibilities

Manage a team that delivers programs and/or projects with moderate complexity relating to Quality Control. Oversee a team that delivers programs/projects, including overall client experience, transformation initiatives, and operational improvements, ensuring key control tasks are performed and executing on business initiatives as directed. Drive process improvement and act as a subject matter expert on key initiatives, including engagement and reviews associated with smart automation and process re-engineering. Serve as subject matter experts for a function, responsible for determining requirements and specifications for new system developments, offerings, or builds. Lead and manage a team of individual contributors to execute one or more operational processes within Quality Control by setting short-term priorities, directing workflows, and monitoring daily performance against established metrics. Propose process improvements or provide subject matter expertise based on an in-depth understanding of methods, systems, and procedures on cross-functional projects or initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Accountancy, or related fields Minimum of 5 years people management experience Strong negotiation skills and result-oriented mindset Ability to accept responsibilities and challenges outside their comfort zone Experience in managing and delivering programs/projects related to Quality Control Excellent communication skills for clear issue resolution and escalation
