Wealth Management Front Support Specialist

We’re looking for a process and quality specialist for a 12- month contract to:
-examine account structures of varying degrees of complexity for completion of account updates or change in circumstances.
-responsible for the complete and accurate reviews/update, and maintenance of client data in all internal systems
-ensure that all documents submitted to relevant teams for account maintenance are aligned with internal branch standard, local governing regulation (Central Bank Guidelines), and global group policy.
-ensure timely and robust execution of all Document Management requests including management and provision of statements, signature verifications, physical files, and documents, scanning of all client documentation, 4-eye checks and other activities.
-maintain appropriate achieve of physical and digital client documentation associated with both local regulatory policies and Credit Suisse group policies and assist with all document management extractions.
-collaborate closely with client advisors, assistants, and the desk head, as well as various other internal departments.
