Insight Global is currently hiring a Wealth Management Operations Manager for one of our top financial and insurance clients in the Des Moines area. The Wealth Management Operations Manager will have an essential role in creating a positive culture that uses industry best practices to deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient operations. The Manager will oversee all daily department operations and ensure our representatives meet our client-member needs through processing and support of investment business. You will also manage a team of representatives, providing coaching and motivation. You will oversee all aspects of staff development including the selection, training, development, performance management, employee satisfaction, workflow management and other assigned budget activities. They will assist with establishing workloads, standards, practices, and policies. There will be a heavy focus around ensuring timely and accurate processing of new business for clearing firm, advisory business and ensure paperwork is complete. They will review new account applications and assist in processing.
The will be driving process and strategy for the department and will need to have a productive mindset. The annual compensation for this role is between $108,000-$120,000/yr.
