Wealth Management - Regulatory Engagement - Analyst - Warsaw

YOUR IMPACT:

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Operations team is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join the new EMEA Regulatory Engagement Team. The professional will collaborate with our Clients, PWM Sales and Business teams, as well as Legal, Compliance, Anti Money Laundering and other Federations teams, to manage the Region’s Regulatory landscape for PWM with engagement with External Auditors and Regulators, ensuring compliance to Regulations, Firmwide and internal regulatory policies. There will be a strong focus on providing best in class representation of the Firm as well as subject matter expertise in these engagements. The professional will also have the opportunity to be innovative by improving processes, reducing risk and increasing efficiency.

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes, the controls that makes business flow in accordance with the respective Regulations. The EMEA Regulatory Engagement Team will predominately be focused on KYC across New Onboarding, Maintenance and Rolling Review, data integrity, risk management and regulatory requirements. The Team will also require having knowledge into Payment and Trade workflows when representing the Firm & Division to both Internal and External Stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL:

• Develop relationships with PWM business teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal, and other Operations groups to ensure that PWM Operations is providing the highest quality interactions throughout multiple engagements
• Ensure data hygiene for approved clients, products and services, including Cash products, Client Statement and Performance reporting
• Review and collate Audit Packs, to be in line with the requirements laid out by the respective Auditor / Regulator
• Process and control analysis to ensure effective oversight and risk management including the adherence to and enforcement of Firmwide policies and relevant regulations
• Resolve issues through coordination with PWM business, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal and other Operations teams
• Work with various teams, including the PWM business and Operations, on process improvement and strategic projects
• Support with procedures updates and improvements


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degreeKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as proficiency with web-based
ApplicationsGood understanding of the financial industry including active interest in financial services
and OperationsGood working knowledge of the EMEA Region Regulatory landscapeStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build the trust and confidence in capabilities, work
well with others internally to accomplish client objectivesMust be a team player, hardworking, resourceful and eager to learnMust be able to multi-task, prioritize work, and work well under pressure from multiple

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years financial industry and or regulatory experience (AML or other Client On-boarding Regulatory experience a plus)Knowledge of legal documentation (e.g. trust agreements, partnership agreements and
corporate resolutions)Foreign language skills a plus (preferably German)
