SUMMARY:

This is an in-office position located out of Miami, FL 33156

The Wealth Management representative helps deliver excellent service to clients and advisor. You will support the financial advisor in establishing and maintaining investment accounts, as well as delivering outstanding client service. The role requires someone who has excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, and communication skills. They must enjoy talking to customers, a desire to learn about and grow in the financial services industry, and a passion for personal development. This is not a sales role. This position allows you to gain valuable experience in wealth management, develop communication and analytical skills, and progress toward more client interaction and responsibilities.

This role requires frequent communication with the financial advisor, clients, and other investment companies and custodians. The ideal candidate will be positive, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and review all new account paperwork and check pending account maintenance items

Work with clients and financial advisor to ensure proper account opening procedures, documentation, as well as funding

Follow up with clients and custodians to ensure new accounts are funded in a timely manner and resolve any pending issues

Assist with day-to-day client service requests; proactively resolve clients’ issues and concerns

Interact with clients in person and over the phone

Maintain current client information in all existing databases

Organize, scan, and maintain all new account paperwork and client requests into client files

Administrative duties such as handling telephones, mailing applications, and submitting account maintenance forms

Comply with all industry rules, regulations and firm policies

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be willing to be in-office most working days - 9100 S. Dadeland Blvd Miami, FL 33156

Ability to pass an extensive background check including credit check and fingerprinting is required.

High school diploma or equivalent, advanced education preferred

Series 6 license or willingness to complete is preferred but not required

Microsoft Office Suite experience

Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Negligible

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
