Partners with Wealth Management Advisors (WMA) to deliver the Private Bank experience to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and prospects as well as contribute to business development activities. Collaborates with WMAs to build their practice through sales support and client service to acquire, deepen and retain clients.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Sales Support
Assists WMAs in business development and operational activities that support client experience.Meets regularly with WMAs reviewing Book of Business for updates.Works directly with clients to answer questions, research and resolution of client issues/concerns and follow up on items between the WMA and client as requested.Leverages Private Bank collateral to develop/coordinate client /prospect presentations/client materials.Assists WMAs in Pre call/Post Call/Agenda preparations for clients/prospects.Contributes to client communication/client meetings and calendar management for client/prospect meeting, events, etc.Manages the coordination and collaboration with client third party advisors (e.g. attorney, accountant)Maintains accurate data in CRM and leverages data to identify opportunities/ share value added insights to enhance client experience leading to growth and retention.Executes various administrative functions including but not limited to tracking referrals, assisting with marketing related activities, establishing and maintaining files to meet regulatory requirements.Client Experience
Develops positive client/ prospect relationships and identifies opportunities to deepen relationship aligned with client's goalsProvides professional communication with internal and external partners,Acts as liaison with Onboarding specialist to ensure an elite client experience Acts with a sense of urgency and initiative in supporting clients and advisorsSupervisory Responsibilities: May assist in onboarding new team members.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
College degree or equivalent experience preferredMinimum of 3 years of successful sales/client service experience in the wealth management services industryAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work in a dynamic and complex environment Strong written and verbal communicationStrong Proficiency in Microsoft suite, experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) Exhibits a sense of urgency and a continual drive to resultsDemonstrates ability to effectively collaborate and function in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrates ability to influence, persuade, and effectively interact with a dynamic leadership styleDemonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skillsEffective problem solving and analytical skillsS.A.F.E Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)WORKING CONDITIONS:
