4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302The Wealth Market Associate (WMA) will report directly to the Head of Field Support. The Wealth Market Associate will be responsible for ongoing operational support of Wealth Market Leaders and their advisor teams within defined markets or region. The WMA is dedicated to the Mass Affluent Market and will act as a trusted team member focusing on day-to-day operational needs of the Wealth Market Leaders and their market sales force. This role will be critical in helping to support a mass affluent segment to our overall delivery model within the Bank.
Responsibilities:
Day to Day office support:
Outlook Calendar Maintenance for WMLsSet up Monthly 1:1s for WMLs, Team Calls, Market Calls etc. as required.Supply ordersRep Code Changes within NetXAnnuity Rep of Record ChangesHUB Location Changes – ensure space available / set up, communicate with licensing, back office, KB, and order new business cards. Letters to clients only when phone # and location changes.Client Events:
Co-ordinate planning meetings between WML, CIO and WRE and KPB Leader (if applicable) to review logistics and plan for client event.Work with Marketing, CSG and Compliance for an approved client invitationCreate shared Client Event page (make private) within Market Teams Page (if needed) to house client invitation list, business tracker and approved invitation.Gather all PCAs participating invitation lists into one master list and submit to CSG / Compliance for approval for invitation.Communicate Approval to all PCAs/WMLResearch/Source location to hold event and work with location to set up event/overnight accommodations for those that need to travel in to event.Create Sign in sheets, name tags for event if needed.Team Meetings / Trainings:
Secure location / space (if no internal space large enough or available to work with)If external work with Location to set up rooming list if needed for overnight accommodations, secure AV and confirm meeting times / # of attendees.Send out Save the Dates / Meeting InvitationsCoordinate planning calls to layout AgendaCreate PowerPoint presentation and gather materials for presentations.Communicate any pre-work needed to attendees.Confirm/communicate any overnight accommodation.Gather all supplies / print materials (if applicable)Create Agendas/power points presentations/sign in sheets.Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
