Wealth Supervisors (“WS”) are responsible for overseeing the supervision of the Wealth Centers or Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) in conjunction with the Market Manager.
Wealth Supervisors work closely with the Market Managers and various Wealth teams to ensure proper compliance with internal policies and procedures and applicable industry regulations. The role is intended to drive execution of new regulatory policies and procedures through various initiatives, ensuring best practices within Wealth Centers, orienting new hires to HSBC policies and practices and participating in promotional activities and special projects as required.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
Minimum of 10 years proven Wealth Management supervisory or related investment supervisory experience required.Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience.Series 7, 63/65 (or 66) , 9, 10 and Life and Health licenses.Strong project management, communications, analytical, organizational and planning skills.In-depth knowledge of Wealth broker-dealer including but not limited to; operational risk, technology, regulatory landscape and industry best practices.Stay current with regulatory changes impacting the industry and HSBC.Detail-oriented, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive data.Able to effectively manage competing priorities.In compliance with applicable laws, HSBC is committed to employing only those who are authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. as HSBC will not engage in immigration sponsorship for this position.
