JOB SUMMARY: The Wear Parts Specialist is responsible for supplying expert knowledge, marketing, and sales support for Undercarriage and Ground Engaging Tool (GET) product lines to support corporate sales and gross profit objectives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Three to five years of experience working with Undercarriage and Ground Engaging Tool products is required. + Must have experience building strong customer relationships. + Industry experience is preferred. + Must have good computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency. KEY COMPETENCIES: + Strong problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills are required. + Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and work well in a highly pressured, fast-paced environment. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are necessary. + Ideal candidate will be highly energetic, outgoing, and able to handle multiple projects at a time. + Strong math skills are required, and a knowledge of accounting is helpful. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
