Web Accessibility Analyst @Mercer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Ecommerce team at Mercer. This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As Web Accessibility Analyst  you will be responsible for ensuring our digital platforms are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by evaluating and maintaining accessibility standards. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and address accessibility barriers, conducting audits, and providing recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accessibility standards and technologies.


We will count on you to:

Meet deadlines and collaborate with teams across functions (business, development, marketing);

Analyze and audit websites for accessibility compliance, providing recommendations for remediation;

Understand design principles, guidelines, and relevant policies, including web accessibility standards;


What you need to have:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite;

Experience in CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and content management systems;

Familiarity with accessibility auditing tools;

Thorough knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG);
