Our communications analytics service addresses a variety of questions, ranging from requests for access to different analytics dashboards to assistance in locating specific data or metrics for pages. Responsibilities include handling inquiries related to Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Talkwalker Social Media Analytics. Tasks encompass granting access and addressing queries about existing dashboards, whether for general guidance or specific modification requests.

 

Additionally, the service creates regular reports based on detailed instructions. User database maintenance is a critical aspect of this role. The team supports users in meeting the prerequisites for access, such as having a Google Account, and meticulously manages a database of authorized users. This ensures that access is granted and maintained securely, with expiration dates typically set for a 12-month period and reminders sent after 11 months. This proactive approach ensures access remains current and compliant with our security policies, either by renewing it or removing it if no longer needed.

 

Your Role:

Monitor the service email inbox for any requests.Assess requests for complexity based on a given set of criteria to determine the service level.Forward any level two requests.Resolve and reply to level one requests.Communicate with colleagues in a competent and friendly manner.Diligently document changes in user access rights and maintain a meticulous user access database.

 

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, or a related field.Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule.At least 3 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio.Basic knowledge of GTM or other tagging technologies.Understanding of Looker Studio functions (calculated fields, Boolean expressions, operators) is an advantage.Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is an advantage.Basic knowledge of social analytics (preferably Talkwalker).Knowledge of social media query languages is an advantage.Basic understanding of dashboard functionalities.Trustworthy in handling internal or potentially sensitive data.Excellent organizational and social skills.Good understanding of access management in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Talkwalker.Diligence in understanding, following, and maintaining processes.
