As a Web Analyst, you will join Autodesk’s Digital and eCommerce team, focusing on web metrics tracking and enabling Digital Leads to better understand customer web behavior. In this role, you will drive data-driven insights to support Digital and eCommerce growth while enhancing the customer experience.
This highly cross-functional role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders and teams across the organization. Responsibilities
Gather and analyze Autodesk web data to help Digital Leads and marketers understand customer behavior, patterns, and trends
Assess website and campaign performance by evaluating key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend data-driven optimizations for websites and campaigns, while tracking their effectiveness
Develop propensity models leveraging web data to predict customer behavior
Generate and present insightful reports to leadership, providing valuable insights into web performance, customer behavior, and market trends
Minimum Qualifications
Degree in analytics, engineering, statistics, math, or a related field
Passion for SQL, data analysis and modeling
Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify meaningful data and deliver creative, pragmatic solutions
Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Proficiency in Excel, including data visualization and pivot tables
Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of the digital eCommerce landscape, with experience in eCommerce and subscription-based metrics and analytics
Ability to think strategically about real-world business challenges in the digital and eCommerce space, connecting them with underlying data to conduct in-depth analyses and uncover innovative solutions
Strong ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, using storytelling and visualizations to effectively convey key findings to diverse audiences
Familiarity with analytical modeling and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
