HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT + Analyze website data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. + Awareness and openness to finding solutions within the framework of scientific ethics and government security. + Be open to learning and adapting to new technologies and analytics tools. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. + Conduct thorough audits of existing analytics implementations and recommend improvements. + Develop routine reporting with key insights and planning implications. + Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that could impact search engine crawling and indexing, such as broken links, site speed, and mobile friendliness. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: + Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience + 5+ years of experience supporting web data analytics + Demonstrated understanding of how SEO fits into a larger online marketing strategy and interacts with other marketing tactics + Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, creating charts/graphs) + Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Google Analytics + Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Independent worker and strong collaborator + Proficient in communication presentation skills DESIRED SKILLS: + Ability to learn quickly, comprehend and apply new and emerging technologies in an effective manner + Ability to manage in a dynamic work environment and ability to coordinate and perform multiple assignments simultaneously + Strong communications skills + Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) + Experience in performing detailed analysis and evaluation of information making informed suggestions to the government + Social media referral analysis experience + Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using Excel + Google Analytics Certification, Google Data Analytics Professional, or Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certifications Preferred GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: + 401K with company match + Comprehensive health and wellness packages + Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career + Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications + Cutting-edge technology you can learn from + Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
