About the role

As part of our Middleware Capability, you will combine diverse technical knowledge with operational experience to manage some of the most advanced IT solutions provided by market-leading vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, etc.) and open-source communities.
 

Daily challenges

Support and administer the cutting-edge IT environments of industry-leading companiesMaintain and troubleshoot different technologies by being a part of our 24x7 middleware support teamSupport of Middleware infrastructure and AppsOps tasks, using modern automation and DevOps practicesLearn and work with Web & Middleware products running on Linux and Windows OSCollaborate extensively with different delivery teams, accounts, external technical stakeholders

eXperience and skills required

Offer basic technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and providing assistance.Contribute to infrastructure projects and tasks, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge.Assist in monitoring and basic troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar roleExperience with administration of Linux or Windows Server operating systemsKnowledge and/or experience with Web, Application, and Integration servers –Apache HTTP Server, IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic AS, WebSphere AS, IBM MQScripting knowledge – Bash, Python, PowerShell
