What you’ll do:

Translate business needs into requirements and solutions for web applicationsElicit requirements and stakeholder engagementDocument user stories, workflows, and wireframesWork closely and collaboratively with web developers on solutions that meet or exceed user expectationsUse Jira to manage and track software development workLead Agile SCRUM teams and ceremoniesUser training, documentation, and supportParticipate in the testing of web applicationsPost deployment support of end users in the use and adoption of web applicationsCommunicate with stakeholders on project status

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems Computer Science, or a related field2+ years of experience in a business analysis capacityKnowledge of Agile development concepts and the ability to apply those concepts in a web development team1+ year of experience working with a web development team preferredJD Edwards EnterpriseOne exposure is a plusExperience with SQL databases and query language is a plusBusiness Analysis or Scrum Certifications is a plus
