NetImpact Strategies is seeking an onsite Web Applications/Power App Developer to join our team, in support of a federal client in Bethesda, MD.

Web Developer is a strategic leader with expertise in building dynamic web applications and custom Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes. He should be skilled in designing, developing, and deploying responsive applications using modern web technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform. Proficient in low-code/no-code development, integrating with APIs, and creating automation workflows, he should enhance productivity. He should be adept at collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver user-centric designs, and ensure seamless functionality. Committed to delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, he should drive business efficiency and digital transformation. 

Responsibilities

Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization’s social media platforms. Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and monitor engagement across all channels to ensure effective communication and brand presence. Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant trends into content strategies. Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner to enhance audience interaction. Collaborate with the OCM team to develop and implement content calendars and schedules for various social media channels and campaigns. Ensure that content is strategically planned and aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate the incorporation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies into content creation and scheduling to improve online content visibility and search engine ranking. Lead the creation or coordination of high-quality visual content, including images, graphics, infographics, and videos, that complements and enhances written content. Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and enhance overall content effectiveness. Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and consistency in style. Maintain high standards of quality across all communications. Manage the distribution of content through various channels, including the organization’s website, social media, email newsletters, and press releases. Tailor content to meet the unique requirements of each platform, such as character limits and formatting specifics. Analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Use data insights to adjust content strategies and optimize results. Work closely with graphic designers, video producers, and other team members to develop cohesive multimedia content that supports overall content strategies and organizational objectives. Share best practices, insights, and content guidelines with the broader organization to ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to effective content strategies. Ensure that all designs and content comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in regulated industries. Stay informed about regulatory changes and integrate them into content practices. Report to the Senior OCM Analyst/Consultant or OCM Communications Manager. Provide regular updates on content performance, social media engagement, and significant developments. Contribute strategic insights and recommendations based on content performance and industry trends. Support the development of long-term content strategies and improvements.  Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in web design, digital media, or related fields, with a strong portfolio of high-impact web projects. Expert understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and search engine optimization (SEO). Extensive experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management. Deep knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in web design. Exceptional proficiency in web design tools/software  Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing design talent. 

 Preferred

Advanced certification in Web Design, UX/UI, or Digital Marketing is a plus. Additional certifications in leadership or strategic web management are advantageous. Previous federal consulting experience
