Web Application / Product Specialist - Content Management System (CMS)

We are currently looking for a Web Application Specialist (CMS Specialist) to join us at our facility in Łódź, Poland.

As a detail-oriented and technically proficient CMS Specialist, you will manage and support our Content Management System (CMS) operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in authorizing and setting up user profiles, training content authors, and providing first-line support. This role will also support the development and implementation of content strategies, ensuring that content is accurate and properly formatted before publication. The CMS Specialist will work closely with various corporate functions and will be responsible for testing the AEM application, including new features and functionalities.

Key responsibilities:

User Management:Authorize and set up users and user profiles for editors and approvers within the CMS.Manage user permissions and ensure that users have appropriate access levels based on their roles.Training and Support:Train web-content authors on how to effectively use the CMS, ensuring they are comfortable with creating, editing, and publishing content.Provide first-line support for content authors, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance as needed.Develop and maintain training materials and documentation to support ongoing user education.Content Strategy Support:Collaborate with corporate functions, such as Public Affairs, to support the development and implementation of content strategies.Ensure that content is accurate, appropriately formatted, and meets brand and style guidelines.Perform final quality assurance (QA) checks before content is published, ensuring it displays correctly across all platforms and devices.Testing and QA:Test the AEM application, including new features and functionality, to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected.Work closely with development teams to report and resolve any issues identified during testing.Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the CMS user experience and functionality.

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field.3+ years of experience working with CMS platforms, with a focus on user management, training, and content QA. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly preferred.Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Familiarity with QA processes and testing methodologies.Content Management: Experience managing content workflows, including setting up users and roles, and managing permissions. Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted.Training and Support experience: Experience in training and supporting users on CMS platforms, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.Skills: Detail orientation and analysis skills. Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Collaboration.
