We are currently looking for a Web Application Specialist (CMS Specialist) to join us at our facility in Łódź, Poland.

As a detail-oriented and technically proficient CMS Specialist, you will manage and support our Content Management System (CMS) operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in authorizing and setting up user profiles, training content authors, and providing first-line support. This role will also support the development and implementation of content strategies, ensuring that content is accurate and properly formatted before publication. The CMS Specialist will work closely with various corporate functions and will be responsible for testing the AEM application, including new features and functionalities.

Manage user profiles and permissions within the CMS, ensuring appropriate access for editors and approvers.Train content authors on creating, editing, and publishing content while providing first-line support and troubleshooting for CMS issues.Collaborate with corporate teams to develop and implement content strategies, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to brand guidelines.Perform quality assurance checks on content before publication and test CMS features and functionality to ensure they meet business requirements.Work with development teams to resolve issues, provide feedback on system improvements, and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Web Development, Digital Media, or related fields.3+ years of experience with CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).Experience with content workflows, user training, and QA processes.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
